Very nice staff. We were allowed to park our car for example free of charge in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet quite good for Italian conditions. Location's good, too.

The location was excellent, rooms were spacious and well furnished
There is no room outside to park a car, we had to leave our hired car overnight in a garage closeby at a cost of 20Euros. Internet is not free

The staff was very friendly, from the boss to the room staff. The hotel equipment is "historical" with candlesticks, furniture and wallpaper, which seem to be from the 60s. Those who love this style will love the hotel, everyone else will find what they need here. Good, rich breakfast and large bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me in finding a parking space. The room they provided was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was well-appointed, with both a bath and shower option available. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to bus stops made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and even catch a shuttle to the airport. the location of this hotel was perfect and the quality of service provided was exceptional.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

I am really satisfied with staying at this hotel. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The room has also a terrace, for a view on Via della Libertà, which is right one of the main streets of the city. The price was extremely convenient, and the breakfast was rich.
I have no concerns on this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the central location - it was easy to walk around and explore the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they had fantastic breakfasts every morning. The rooms were cozy, clean, and nicely furnished. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the lovely bar on site.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly during our stay, which made the rooms a bit stuffy at times. , the walls were a bit thin and we could hear noise from other guests in the hallway.

The central location on the main boulevard is excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful with a noise problem.
Being sensitive to noise, the hotel on the main boulevard can be extremely noisy. Also, the central courtyard a/c is too noisy.

Clean white sheets, 2 large pillows, bathroom.
Entering our booked double room, ceiling was dripping from the air- conditioning probably, so we asked for an immediate change. We got a decent room, although had to walk pretty far from elevator, at least good workout ;)
